MAINTENANCE CO-ORDINATOR

We’re looking for an Maintenance Co-ordinator to help look after a collection of beachside houses and apartments, with interiors that inspire and sea views that lift the spirits. Each of our properties have one key attribute in common; they are all located within easy walking distance to a beautiful Cornish beach.
Combining deep rooted Cornish roots (as an independent, family-owned company) with a dynamic, forward-thinking mindset (as part of the Watergate Bay Hotel Group), you can enjoy the best of both worlds at Beach Retreats. As a group, we are well underway with our journey to B-Corp status, where we are committed to operating as ethically and sustainably as we can.

The primary aim of the role is to provide a reactive and proactive service for our holiday lets along the Cornish coastline.
Attend properties to help diagnose faults and issues, working with our wide network of trades to rectify any issues promptly and cost-effectively.
Ensure recharges are passed over accurately and in a timely manner.
Work closely with colleagues in the Beach Retreats team to provide an excellent service for guests and owners.
Contribute to the out of hours emergency service for guests.
