DESCRIPTION:

As Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the central link between the Maintenance team, contractors and resort departments, helping to ensure the resort continues to operate at the highest standard for both our guests and our team.

About the role

• Provide administrative support to the Chief Engineer across all aspects of the department’s operations.
• Maintain timsheets and rosters for maintenance staff, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance jobs, minimising disruption to resort operations
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external maintenance enquiries and requests
• Work closely with resort departments to expedite room repairs and return rooms to inventory quickly
• Liaise with tradespeople and contractors to organise repairs and servicing.
• Raise purchase orders, requisitions and process invoices using Purchase Plus.
• Provide regular reports on maintenance status and outstanding jobs.
• Ability to commit to approximately 24 hours per week, with flexibility in how these hours are scheduled.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

About you

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Purchase Plus advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
• Ability manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar environment is highly regarded·
• Applicants must be permanent residents or ciitizens of Australia. This position is not open to Working Holiday Visa Holders.
