Description Maintenance Coordinator CooperZadeh Property Management CooperZadeh Property Management is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to support our growing Build-to-Rent (BTR) single-family rental portfolio. This role is a critical operational hub, coordinating communication between residents, maintenance technicians, vendors, and leadership to ensure maintenance requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with company standards. Key Responsibilities Review, prioritize, and assign incoming maintenance work orders to ensure timely response and resolution Schedule and dispatch in-house technicians and third-party vendors efficiently Obtain vendor proposals and assist with cost comparisons to support responsible repair decisions Communicate clearly and professionally with residents regarding scheduling, status updates, and issue resolution Track work order progress, ensure proper documentation, and confirm completion prior to closing tickets Coordinate turnover and make-ready scheduling in partnership with maintenance and vendor teams Escalate emergency and safety-related issues promptly and in accordance with company protocols Maintain accurate records within the property management system to support reporting and compliance Support leadership with maintenance coordination tasks and process improvement initiatives as needed Why Join CooperZadeh? Requirements Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a related administrative/operations role Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering a WOW resident experience Working knowledge of maintenance processes and vendor coordination Proficiency with property management software; Yardi experience strongly preferred Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in urgent or high-volume situations Bilingual English/Spanish
