Job Overview: The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and determining the maintenance needs of SCFC. The Maintenance Coordinator receives aircraft squawks and prioritizes them based on mechanic availability, repair time, and flight schedule. The Maintenance Coordinator interacts with airplane owners to discuss their maintenance needs and communicate repair estimates. Responsibilities and Duties: Receive all SCFC aircraft discrepancy reports and prioritize repairs accordingly. Schedule routine maintenance on SCFC fleet aircraft. Prioritize outside customer maintenance to fit with SCFC fleet needs. Communicate unscheduled repairs with leaseback aircraft owners. Complete routine GPS database updates on SCFC fleet aircraft. Parts ordering and inventory. Coordinate airplane cleaning team scheduling and tasks. Coordinate with SCFC’s vendors. Create maintenance invoices and send to customers. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications and Skills: Knowledge of general aviation aircraft systems and maintenance procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors. Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
