They are now seeking a Maintenance Coordinator on a 1 year fixed-term-contract to join their experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team where your contribution will play a key part in delivering outstanding service across a thriving property portfolio.
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping properties in top condition and ensuring tenants receive fast, reliable, and professional support. During the busy summer period, you’ll either be based in the office coordinating repairs and scheduling contractors, or out in the field inspecting properties and reporting on their condition.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day property maintenance in a fast-paced environment
  • Prioritise tenant requests, schedule works with contractors, and manage budgets
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors; manage keys and appointments
  • Oversee end-of-tenancy works and property inspections
  • Schedule contractors and ensure properties are ready for new tenants
