Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and customer service-driven individual to join our busy Maintenance Department. This broad and challenging role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work to targets and deadlines, and the capability to build strong relationships with our contractors, landlords, and tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a maintenance or property management environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and standards is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, landlords, and tenants to facilitate maintenance operations.
  • Manage schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and completion statuses.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of contractor services.
