Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time position that may require on-call availability for emergency situations. Responsibilities: - Perform make ready tasks to ensure apartments are ready for new tenants - Conduct painting and touch-up work to maintain the appearance of the property - Manage inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure efficient operations - Communicate with vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance work - Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues - Perform minor plumbing and electrical work as needed - Be prepared for emergency situations and assist with emergency preparedness - Conduct minor PTAC work to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience in maintenance or related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems - On-call availability for emergency situations Benefits: - Competitive salary - Paid time off - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Our company is committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees.
