Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Trade or engineering qualification
  • Formal Leadership and Supervisory Training (Desirable)
  • Current Unencumbered Western Australian “C” Class Drivers Licenc

Experience:

  • A minimum of Ten (10) years mechanical maintenance experience including a minimum of Five (5) years in a Supervisor role in a similar sized operation
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to engage and empower large teams.
  • Experience in performance management of team members with the ability to coach, mentor and empower others.
  • Execellent computer literacy with ability to use integrated management systems, Mirrosoft office suite, INX and Pronto.
  • Strong understanding of Maintenance work mangement processes
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join the Northern Star open pit Mobile Maintenance Team as a Maintenance Co-Ordinator working at the iconic KGCM Superpit. Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed Open Pits Maintenance team on a family friendly residential roster of 8:6 12hr days working less than 10 minutes from home or FIFO from Perth.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:
