Job Description:
As a Maintenance co-Ordinator at Para Group, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of our facilities and equipment. You will ensure that all systems are operating at peak efficiency, and you will assist with a variety of tasks to maintain a safe and functional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts or systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with the setup an homely environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of glazer, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Availability for emergency repairs or after-hours work as required.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Full UK Driving licence
