Je coördineert gepland onderhoud, verstrerkt de Autonomous Maintenance (AM)-aanpak op de werkvloer en vertaakt technische inzichten naar duurzame verbeteringen. Verantwoordelijkheden Verantwoordelijkheden: Coördineren van dagelijkse en lange‑termijn onderhoudsactiviteiten in nauwe samenwerking met planners en techniekers Ondersteunen van de teams bij AM-activiteiten (CIL, storingen analyseren, documentatie up-to-date houden) Zorgen dat Preventive Maintenance plannen actueel zijn en op een efficiënte manier worden uitgevoerd Leiden van root cause analyses en mee vormgeven van structurele technische oplossingen Opvolgen van onderhouds-KPI’s en actief bijdragen aan continue verbetering Facilititeren van kennisdeling binnen het team (zoals One Point Lessons) Kwalificaties Kwalificaties: Ervaring in onderhoud of engineering binnen een productieomgeving Sterke plannings- en coördinatievaardigheden Je werkt vlot cross-functioneel en ondersteunt collega’s graag in technische topics Kennis van AM/PM‑principes en SAP is een plus Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; Engels is mooi meegenomen Je beheert onderhoud niet — je stelt het in staat. Overview Make maintenance a driver of performance. Maintenance Coordinator As a Maintenance Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring our production lines run reliably and efficiently. You coordinate planned maintenance, support Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities, and help translate technical insights into lasting improvements. Responsibilities Coordinate daily and long-term maintenance activities in collaboration with planners and technicians Support line teams in implementing AM (CIL, defect handling, documentation) Ensure Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans are up to date and executed effectively Lead root cause analyses and support implementation of structural solutions Track maintenance KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement Facilitate technical knowledge sharing (e.g. One Point Lessons) Qualifications Experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering in a production environment Strong planning and coordination skills Ability to work cross-functionally and support others in technical topics Familiarity with AM/PM principles and SAP (nice to have) Fluent in Dutch (English is a plus) You don’t manage maintenance — you empower it.
