KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with the Service Manager and projects team, organising our engineering staff to ensure work is carried out in an effective and efficient manner.
Working with the Service Manager and projects team in the planning and scheduling of service, maintenance and installation work.
Receiving incoming telephone calls from customers placing service calls and progressing work.
Using our Joblogic system and other operational systems to support the day-to-day service and maintenance operations of the branch.
Procurement of equipment, services and sub-contractors to support projects and day to day service and maintenance operations. This will include placing orders with suppliers, progressing outstanding orders, overseeing delivery and checking in goods and equipment.
Processing of work to allow the smooth operation of the branch, this includes: jobs, work reports, engineers’ timesheets, purchase orders and delivery notes.
Identifying areas where business can be fully developed with existing customers and new opportunities for P&R in our marketplace. This may include visiting existing and potential customers to promote our service and maintenance activities.
Production and follow up of customer quotations to support service and maintenance activities.
Providing a timely response and exceptional levels of service to all remedial works and sales enquiries.
