Responsibilities

This position typically works Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays on a rotating basis. Occasionally, after-hours emergency calls may be required. As the on-site Maintenance Coordinator at our beautiful community, you’ll find yourself in the heart of our residential management team. Not only do you ensure that all maintenance equipment is in tip-top shape, but you also make certain we’re following federal and state guidelines. You’ll also handle important administrative tasks. From coordinating maintenance requests to turning over residences efficiently, you’re the organizational genius who keeps all our supplies and tools in perfect order. Your meticulous attention to detail means our records are impeccable, and you’re always in touch with the corporate office, vendors, and contractors.
