When you join RadNet as a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Perform regular maintenance tasks, replacing lights, filters, etc. Performs minor fixes, such as repairing damaged walls, painting & patching throughout the centers Works with tools, including hand and electrical tools Install appliances and equipment as needed Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues Maintain grounds by collecting trash, window cleaning and pest control Ensures repairs are completed in timely manner in order to avoid accidents Replace or repair locker and cabinets Replace or repair doors, to include changing of locks and keys. Replace ceiling tiles and light fixtures Minor flooring repair Small equipment removal, desk, computers, refrigerators, microwaves Mounting of various items, signs and art work Data network cabling and repair under the supervision of IT Performs minor electrical and plumbing tasks Relocation of office furniture and equipment, Delivering equipment and supplies as well as site clean-up. Upkeep of all company vehicles and maintain tools. If You Are: Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations. You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues. You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have: Valid Driver’s license, in good standing. High School Diploma or equivalency At least 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance Must be prepared to complete assigned tasks after hours or weekends in order to not interfere with the operations of the center Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We Offer: Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.
