Their Operations team plays a critical role in driving efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. By joining, you’ll help ensure facilities stay in top shape—directly impacting both growth and customer experience. Location: LatAm/South America - Fully Remote, with hours aligned to U.S. Central Time (CT). Occasional after-hours support for emergencies. Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Contact and coordinate vendors for estimates, repairs, and maintenance projects. Review bids and advise on subcontractor selection (budget, scope, timeline). Prioritize incoming service requests, ensuring urgent issues are handled quickly. Keep vendors, tenants, and teams updated with clear, proactive communication. Verify deliverables with documentation and approvals before closing projects. Track schedules, milestones, and budgets—flagging risks or delays early. Support continuous improvement by recommending new processes and tools. Uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards at every step. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Advanced professional English (spoken & written) for calls, reports, and coordination. 2+ years of project coordination experience (maintenance, property management, or multi-location organization preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proven time-management. Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, ticketing/work order systems (e.g., FreshService), and project tracking tools (e.g., Airtable).
