The Maintenance and CMMS Coordinator position is responsible for all tasks required for implementing, managing, sustaining, and making system enhancements to the Sage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), required to support the continuous improvements of the maintenance department, its functions and processes. The position is responsible for spare parts management and coordination, internal controls and regulatory requirements for facilities inspections and permits, contractor and vendor administration, as well as other administrative duties.
