POSITION OVERVIEW

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating plant maintenance operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and managing maintenance requests through our Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) software system. This role serves as the central point of contact between maintenance staff, vendors, and plants.
Shift Timings- Monday to Thursday - 6:30 am to 4:45 pm
Friday - 6:30am to 11:30 am

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma in a related field preferred
· 2+ years of experience in plant maintenance coordination or similar role
· Demonstrated proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) software
· Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures
· Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
· Basic computer literacy with experience in MS Office suite
· Advanced knowledge of CMMS software, including work order processing, preventive maintenance scheduling, and reporting functions
· Ability to interpret maintenance metrics and analytics from CMMS dashboards
· Understanding of inventory management modules within CMMS platforms
· Experience with mobile CMMS applications for maintenance technicians
· Familiarity with integration between CMM and other management systems

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders using CMMS software
  • Monitor and track maintenance requests through the CMMS system from initiation to completion
  • Schedule preventive maintenance tasks and inspections according to established protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment history in the CMMS platform
  • Generate reports from CMMS software for management review, analyzing maintenance metrics and KPIs
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage maintenance inventory and procurement processes through the CMMS system
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on proper use of the CMMS software
