MaxPak, a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners, has an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Coordinator in Lakeland, FL! The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, procurement, and distribution of industrial parts and supplies. This role supports maintenance and operations teams by ensuring critical parts are available, properly stored, and documented. The coordinator plays a key role in minimizing downtime by maintaining accurate inventory levels and efficient supply chain logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance coordination or inventory management role in a manufacturing facility.
  • Familiarity with industrial machinery, tools, and components.
  • Knowledge of maintenance practices and terminology.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., MVP, SAP, CMMS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of maintenance processes and industrial parts nomenclature.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment.
  • Experience with purchasing processes and vendor negotiations.
