We are currently recruiting for a vacancy which has arisen for a Maintenance Coordinator on a permanent contract to work in the maintenance department assisting the Maintenance Manager. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

THE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR ROLE:

The role will include liaising with suppliers and subcontractors regarding arranging various works and spare parts & equipment. The role with be responsible for the FLT’s and mobile equipment on site ensuring servicing and LOLER inspections are completed on time. They will also be controlling stock items in the stores ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained and ensuring maintenance records are maintained and up to date.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR WILL INCLUDE:

  • An excellent telephone manner and be comfortable talking to suppliers over the telephone.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail as accuracy is important.
  • Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • High self-motivation and the willingness to work within a team.

OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Working closely with Maintenance Team to ensure all daily PMs are completed
  • Processing invoices using electronic management system
  • Issuing permits for various works
  • General administrator duties
