This a critical role in minimizing production disruptions and optimizing asset life in a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities 1. Schedule and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance. 2. Work Order Management: Generate, assign, and track maintenance work orders in the Emain. 3. RMA Processing and Tracking. 4. Plan and schedule maintenance tasks while minimizing downtime and disruptions to operations. 5. Ensure the availability of necessary tools, spare parts, and materials for maintenance tasks. 6. Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to align maintenance activities with business goals. 7. Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services. 8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in maintenance operations. 9. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics. 10. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or planning roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Physical Demand Requirements Occasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to grasp, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; use fingers to touch, pick or pinch objects; reach with hands and arms; push or pull; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; use foot or leg controls; talk or hear.
