This is a vacant position. Rate varies based on skill level and experience. Candidates must be a minimum 18 years of age to be considered for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education and/or work experience in technical production (theatre preferred)
Experience with basic carpentry
Experience in theatrical special effects (preferred)
Excellent operating, set-up and troubleshooting knowledge of audio, lighting and effects
Individuals that are able to lift 40 lbs. above your head and work in confined and dark spaces
Candidates that have a valid Ontario Driver’s License (G/G2) with a clean abstract
Individuals that are able to provide their own CSA approved steel toe footwear
Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holiday

Be responsible for installation, basic maintenance, tear down and pack away of all technical equipment.
Repair or initiate repair of all breakdowns in your area of responsibility.
Complete maintenance as needed on technical equipment.
Assist with technical installations of attractions.
Follow the event, assist with the tear down process of all attractions and theming.
