Reports to: Account Manager & Client Minimum Standards All Maintenance Level-III Competencies Leads a Route or Crew Report to Site Account Manager Written Client Requests in English Verbal Communications w/Client (English) Extra Work Requests/Work Orders Plant ID & Sensitivity (75%) Performance Evaluations - Crew Water Management - soil probe & visual site review Written Controller Programming/Remote Use Water Management - program controller, soil probe & visual site review Lateral Repair (100%) Head Adjustment & Repair (100%) Chemical Use Report Pest Control Work Order Disease Identification (see list) Material Use Report Drivers License - Safe Driving Record Vehicle Inspection & Responsibility Incident Report Vehicle Accident Report Tool & Equipment Inventory/Responsibility Time Reporting-Review and sign time card
