Description

A. Identification, pricing and expediting of all replacement part required for maintaining, its accessories and all machines within its confines. A. Determine proper identification numbers and amounts needed to complete maintenance crib min-max. B. Choose proper forms for requesting and expediting maintenance spare parts. C. Coordinate parts expediting with machine availability for installation of parts. D. Receive, inspect and restock incoming materials for maintenance crib. E. Track and expedite overdue purchase parts. F. Record completed work orders to create historical spare parts usage. G. Maintain work area cleanliness and assist in scheduled department housekeeping. H. Administrate spare budget for 4M USD annually. I. Improve maintenance crib operation to reduce cost both in operation and inventory. E. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area. G. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results. a) Creativity. Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas; easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions; tends to be original and value-added in brainstorming settings A. Engineering / Technician degree or related fields required. B. 3 years of experience in MRO crib management C. All machining processes and the flow of material through the plant. D. Inventory concepts and its implementation. E. All area of inspection such as techniques, principles, procedures, and know how. F. Intermediate English Is good at bringing the creative ideas of others to market; has good judgment about which creative ideas and suggestions will work; has a sense about managing the creative process of others; can facilitate effective brainstorming; can project how potential ideas may play out in the marketplace c) Problem Solving. Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers. d) Process management.
