As a Maintenance team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our parking equipment are always clean, functional, and operating at peak performance at our lot locations in Indianapolis, IN. Here’s What You’ll Do • Cleaning and janitorial responsibilities include litter removal, emptying trash receptacles, snow removal, sweeping and mopping, trash removal, pressure washing, and power sweeping. • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of parking gates, doors, and technology kiosks. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, and technological issues related to parking facilities. • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of equipment. • Respond promptly to emergency repairs to maintain uninterrupted parking services. • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Schedule: Full-time, Wednesdays – Sundays, 2:00PM – 10:00PM (Possible earlier shifts on weekends) Apply Now!
