PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Maintenance and Custodian Worker is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and basic upkeep of Payukotayno facilities. This dual-function role performs both janitorial duties and minor maintenance tasks to support a culturally safe, welcoming, and operationally sound environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
The role supports service delivery across multiple office and residential sites and upholds the organization’s standards of respect, confidentiality, and community care in all physical spaces.
