POSITION SUMMARY

Downer Rail has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Delivery Manager auxiliary to join our team in VIC - Pakenham. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working on Victoria’s new High-Capacity Metro Trains (HCMT).
The Maintenance Delivery Manager is responsible for leading maintenance on the HCMT fleet. Working a flexible 24/7 roster, this auxiliary will help cover planned leave of the delivery manager team. Outside of cover requirements the role will be flexible as required. You will provide frontline planning, technical supervision, and support to the multi-skilled workforce to ensure the maintenance targets are met. The position will also carry out special projects to improve efficiency in the depot and around the network.
