POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a person to fill the permanent full-time position as maintenance director for our seniors residence at Coin St-Paul.
Day schedule, 40 hours a week and weekends as needed (emergency calls)
We offer a $500 hiring bonus.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
• A minimum of to years experience2undefined3undefined
• Experience in personnel management
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
• Flexibility for the work schedule

• Management of the maintenance, upkeep and laundry team
