Job Highlights The Maintenance Director oversees all facility operations to ensure the environment meets or exceeds Joint Commission standards and all Federal, State, and Local regulations. This role requires strong operational management experience, including oversight of safety programs, preventative maintenance, and emergency preparedness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare or large-scale facility operations, leading teams through audits, inspections, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure continuous readiness and compliance. Position Summary The Maintenance Director leads the maintenance team in ensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care. This position plays a key role in the overall presentation of our center. Posted Salary Range USD $30.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
