We are currently seeking a Full-time, qualified facility Maintenance Director to join our team at Peak Resources Wilmington. Excellent compensation and benefits! Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan. Typical Work Schedule is: 8:00am to 4:30pm, M-F. On-Call availability. Role Responsibilities Responsible and accountable for maintaining physical plant and essential mechanical, electrical, and resident care equipment in safe operating condition. Oversees safety and preventative maintenance.
