JOB SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Director responsibilities include all general maintenance; ensuring that the facility is compliant with all regulatory agencies including city municipalities, federal, and state agencies; maintaining strict well documented preventive maintenance programs; overseeing all reoccurring emergency preparedness drills including facility fire drills, weekly generator testing etc.; being vigilant with contractors to ensure proper services; communicating and working between department heads to ensure a high standard of living and customer service for our residents.
Qualified candidates will possess knowledge and familiarity with aspects of mechanical equipment, plumbing, and electrical. Not required but beneficial: HVAC technical licensing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Pass background cheeck
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Prefer at least 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a Health Care Facility.
  • Staffing and training experience
