JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in industrial maintenance, HVAC systems, and facilities management, with a strong ability to interpret schematics and troubleshoot complex systems.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role within an industrial environment.
• Strong background in HVAC systems, high voltage equipment, and industrial maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and compliance with safety standards.

• Manage and supervise all maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks.
• Oversee the maintenance of HVAC systems, high voltage equipment, and other critical infrastructure.
• Utilize schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions for equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management review.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices in industrial maintenance and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations.
• Utilize logic controllers and Ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems.
