JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role within an industrial environment.
  • Strong background in HVAC systems, high voltage equipment, and industrial maintenance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and compliance with safety standards.

  • Manage and supervise all maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the maintenance of HVAC systems, high voltage equipment, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Utilize schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions for equipment malfunctions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management review.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices in industrial maintenance and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Utilize logic controllers and Ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems.
