English Language Classes Applicable * Free Parking * $1,500 Refer a Friend Bonus Incentive Responsibilities * The Maintenance Director is a working supervisor that plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs the day-to-day functions of plant operations. * The Maintenance Director serves on committees as appointed, maintains inventory and adheres to department budgetary guidelines. Qualifications * We require at least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Director in plant operations. * Candidates must have knowledge of building service practices and procedures. Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living Facilities in [STATE] is preferred. * Must possess the ability to plan and carry out programs in repair and equipment installation. * Must be able to lead a team, supervise and mentor staff members. * Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with residents and family members. * Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
