Responsibilities
  • Impact Analysis of all incoming triggers like service bulletins, customer comments and modifications. Definition of missing Engineering/Development documents, in close contact with ILS Management (Integrated Logistic Support)
  • Planning of incorporation of triggers and revisions with Programs and Production
  • Independent authoring of all updates at different tools like Chronos and Arbortext
  • Proof reading and validation of revised tasks at team level
  • Delivery of up-issued Data Modules to Master CSDB (Master CSDB: database containing all Data Modules that have been produced by TECHDATA and that are ready to be delivered to customers)
  • Validation of revised AMP tasks inside the X-INDOC browser (viewer software that allows customers and industry to display and navigate inside the customer technical documentationto) to ensure correctness an usability of the technical documentation
  • Participate to internal meetings (with Design Office departments, Continued Airworthiness and other department involved in customer technical documentation creation) and external meetings (with NHI, customers) as soon as AMP scope has to be discussed
  • To take corrective actions out of MITBs, to support initial airworthiness at MSR level (MSR: Airworthiness document supporting a design change to obtain the approval of authorities)
  • AMP Focal point for qualification of new variants
  • Negotiation with NQO and NAHEMA during variants qualification
  • Attendance to customer meetings like Tech Pub Working Groups as an expert for AMP topics
  • Update and contribution of relevant AMP Management documents at NHI level and AirbusHelicopters level
  • Highlighting of deviations between different technical documentation Issues for German Armed Force
