WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO o Maintain the operation and appearance of the venue, including public areas, backstage, and exterior grounds o Conduct routine inspections of the venue to identify and address maintenance issues such as lighting, plumbing, HVAC, or minor repairs o Set up and break down equipment and furniture for events, including tables, chairs, barricades, and signage o Respond promptly to facility-related incidents (e.g., spills, broken fixtures, restroom issues) to ensure safety and cleanliness o Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, or patching minor wall damage o Collaborate with the operations and event staff to support a clean, organized, and functional environment before, during, and after events o Safely use equipment in compliance with safety guidelines and procedures WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING: REQUIRED: o Ability to work late hours o Ability to work weekends o Flexible schedule o 3 years’ work experience interacting with people in a positive environment o Read, write and speak English fluently o FORKLIFT CERTIFIED o EXPERIENCE WITH POWER TOOLS & HAND TOOLS o Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms Preferred: o Background in maintenance or operations work o Experience in a live music environment Physical Demands/Working Environment: o Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressful o Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet o Must be able to lift or move up to 60 lbs using proper lifting techniques o Can deal with the Texas heat EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
