THE ROLE

Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk Based Beverages hub for the eastern seaboard. This state-of-the-art facility produces 75 million litres of some of Australia’s most loved dairy products including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.
The Maintenance Electrician will provide electrical support for site operational breakdown, maintenance, and improvement requirements. Seek innovative solutions and perform tests on equipment by the standards and procedures of quality, safety, and environment to ensure the elimination of defects.
The candidate is required to work Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday 2PM to 10PM on permanent full-time basic, 38 hours per week. The role will offer salary package with shift loading at 15%.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and systems for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance inspections
• Improve workforce productivity by eliminating potential delays by technical support and fault finding of electrical issues.
• Coach peers and operation team members in equipment use and maintenance
• Ensure all work meets engineering and food safety standards
• Support site initiatives such as Continuous Improvement & Safety-First Culture
