We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for technical maintenance of the Electrical equipment in the FM contract and projects at the clients site.

REQUIREMENTS:

• National Craft Certificate
• Safe Pass
• Manual Handling
• Working at Heights
• Strong electrical and mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a busy organization
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in maintenance operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate to all levels of organization in a clear, concise and respectful manner
• 5+ years experience

• Developing client relationships and work with a high-performance team delivering excellent facility services.
• You will be responsible for installation, planned/unplanned maintenance, and repairs, working closely with the Maintenance Manager to improve facilities and services.
• Responsible for Domestic Call Outs
• Carry out work as per schedule supplied by the Contract Manager / Office and as per site policies, schedules and procedures.
• Participate in an on-call roster (1 in every 4 weeks)
