Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Mississauga, as the Maintenance Electrician :
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices
- Assist in the inspection, testing, adjusting and evaluation of new systems and ensure they conform to company and industry standards
- Execute preventative maintenance activities including troubleshooting and repairs to all production equipment and systems in a timely manner
- Assemble equipment through machine shop methods that include welding, fastening, riveting etc.
- Operate all machine shop equipment for general modification and equipment fabrication/building
- Utilize the computerized maintenance management system for processing work orders, PM’s and updating the equipment databases
- Support divisional and corporate objectives including health & safety, productivity, continuous improvement, innovation, quality, waste and 5S
- All other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.

- Able to diagnose & troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, comfortable performing PM’s • 5+ years’ electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have 442A License
- Must have previous experience or licensed to use a scissor lift and a forklift
- Experience repairing extruders, printing presses, or other automated packaging machinery
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations, able to work both safely and efficiently
- Able to work a 9-hour shift rotation of days, afternoons and alternate weekends
