We are recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join our existing maintenance team on a full time, permanent basis. Please note this is a Mobile Maintenance role and work will take you to varied sites throughout East Anglia.
Working within the Corb maintenance team provides exciting opportunities to use a wide range of skills each day, in new and challenging environments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3
• 18th Edition Regulations

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks, including: Emergency repairs, installation, testing and PPM works, remedial works
• Utilise the CAFM System BigChange to manage and document all maintenance activities, through accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate and communicate well with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly.
• Participate in a 1 in 4 weekly on-call rota to provide emergency support.
