Location: Penrith Workshop-Based with In-House Machinery Manufacturing, External Shift Support, and National Project Opportunities
Hourly Rate: $50.43 + shift loadings + super
Weekend & Overtime Rate: $100.86 per hour (All OT at double time)

Are you a skilled Maintenance Electrician seeking variety and growth? At Trade Sphere Group, you’ll work on exciting in-house machinery manufacturing projects, provide external shift support for our broad client base, and seize opportunities for national projects—all while expanding your skills in a dynamic environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a maintenance electrician in processing or packaging facilities
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills
• Proficiency with PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens)
• Australian-recognised trade certification and electrical license
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
• High attention to detail and initiative
• Current Electrical and driver’s license
