Description
Scope: Provide all departments with safe, reliable, and well-maintained electrical systems and equipment, ensuring quality standards are met and production requirements are achieved in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Maintain all plant lighting and power systems to ensure proper operation, code compliance, and adherence to company procedures. Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on production equipment and machinery as required. Modify line programs and complete die wiring to support production needs. Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, including work orders, log board entries, and line book revisions. Assist with implementing continuous improvement initiatives on production lines. Record parts usage by accurately completing Parts Used Form No. PU021. Conduct routine preventive maintenance according to established schedules. Work in a safe manner at all times. Adopt and practice Kaizen principles and concepts and participate in related activities. Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all standards and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Hold a valid 442A Maintenance Electrician License (mandatory). Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Understanding PLC operation, with basic programming knowledge, is considered a strong asset. Possess extensive hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
