Job Description Working as part of a maintenance team on various sites across Ireland and reporting to a Maintenance Manager in Ireland. You will be required to work on your own initiative and plan and review maintenance tasks and work orders and ensure all requirements/preparations are fully undertaken before commencing work. Liaise with FM maintenance manager and FM team and colleagues to ensure all jobs are planned ahead, PPM dates met and all works closed out on time in in line with PPM Schedule. Responsible for completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance Tasks and Inspections. You will be required to complete daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual PPM tasks adhering to Irish Regulations, I.S. 10101 and SFG20 requirements. Completing and documenting check sheets and reports for each PPM task including but not limited to the following Fixed Wire Testing of electrical systems Periodic Inspections to I.S. 10101 RCBO/RCD Functional Checks Internal & External Lighting System Emergency Lighting Visual Inspections of feeder pillars and EV charge points. General Electrical Systems and Distribution Panels Carrying out daily and weekly electrical reactive response maintenance tasks Attend reactive issues arising on sites and report to maintenance manager Small Electrical Projects CCTV System Fire Alarm Fire Detection PAVA Door Access Disabled Refuge Qualifications Leaving Certificate with a pass in Mathematics desirable. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferably QC Number and testing experience Excellent organizational skills.
