Location: Andover based (working at various locations)
Contract Type: Full time 37 hours a week + out of hours standby on a rota basis.
Working Hours: 8.00 am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 4.00pm Friday
Salary: £31,158.12 to £33,940.80 per annum

We have a great opportunity for an experienced electrician to join our team helping to managing repairs and support new developments at our council properties.
This is an exciting opportunity based within our trade team that helps us to deliver our maintenance services across Test Valley Borough Council.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a fully qualified electrician with proven experience and a full driving licence is required, which enables you to drive a Council-owned van.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our electrician, you’ll get to take on not only electrical work but a whole variety of jobs, as well as being given the opportunity to ‘multi-task’ and get involved in other areas of the team’s work. We work across a range of commercial properties, and you will be assisting with the established team of trades carrying out maintenance and refurbishment work.
