Job Title Maintenance Enablement Administrator Job Description Summary We’re seeking a proactive Maintenance Enablement Administrator to support our Maintenance Operations Centre. This role plays a key part in ensuring maintenance work orders are managed end-to-end accurately and efficiently, helping the business meet contractual and compliance requirements before issues escalate. You’ll work closely with both Reactive and Preventative Maintenance teams, identifying efficiencies, resolving system issues and ensuring strong data integrity across portfolios. Job Description Key responsibilities Reporting and analysis of reactive maintenance work orders for quality reviews Reporting and follow up on maintenance work orders to ensure timely closure or cancellation Triaging of level 1 Application Support for SWAP and Service Request Portal queries Manage retrospectives and bulk uploads Assist with Client Transitions including, system configurations, vendor linking and warning screen set up Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team Manage RM and PM PO uplifts and closures Assist with managing the knowledge hub and ad-hock comms Support the Knowledge Coordinator and MO Coordinator with additional admin tasks About you (must-have) Strong working knowledge of Excel and confidence using multiple systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach Comfortable working independently within a small, collaborative team What success looks like Accurate and timely work order management Strong data integrity and quality focus across systems KPIs and service levels consistently achieved Positive feedback from internal stakeholders Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
