The sky is your limit Pay Rate Range: $29.16-$36.45 USD Gross per hour Job Description Reporting to the Director of Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Repairs, maintains and inspects plumbing, physical structure, electrical wiring and fixtures, machinery, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, spa, kitchen and laundry equipment, in accordance with blue prints, manuals, and building codes, using hand and power tools, carpenter, electrician, and plumbing tools • Installs electrical equipment and repairs or replaces wiring and fixtures • Replaces light bulbs throughout the building Qualifications • Maintenance and/or technical background • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
