Summary of position The Maintenance Engineer role performs regular preventive maintenance on equipment used in manufacturing process and facility to ensure the successful execution of production activities. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all employees, customers, and visitors. The maintenance engineer is also capable of determining the utilities requirements to install new equipment, can modify plant layout and has control of the equipment that are being transferred or brought up to Ametek HT Reynosa.     Requirements & Skills + 4 years’ experience in a similar position A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Technical knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, electrical systems, Hydraulic, pneumatic, electric schematics understanding TPM,LO/TO ) log-Out/Tag-Out) Knowledge of mechanical maintenance process & CNC maintenance, A/C-chillers systems, Vacuum systems, Servomotors Critical thinking ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning. Good time management to work at a good pace, executing word orders and demands. Ability to handle basic tools. Knowledge of safety precaution. Good human relations to relate cordially with team members and workers. Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)   Responsabilities Ensure good working conditions and reliability of all division equipment. Create, control, and execute Maintenance Program (TPM, PM, Corrective, Predictive) Coordinate works and improvements with other members of RHT division Failure troubleshooting and decision making. Spare parts control Team-work (Share Knowledge) Maintenance reports (Down time, MTTF, MTTR, Planned vs Unplanned maintenance) Supplier development Audit support
