Job Description Perform Maintenance Engineering tasks implementing Machine improvements focusing on Total Productive Maintenance systems Pillar 3, Spare Parts, Machine Life Cycle and cost improvements on equipment and to prolong and sustain current machines. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance work. Maintenance responsible for Preventive Maintenance, Spare Parts Inventory, and operating supplies. Qualifications Relevant Manufacturing/Engineering degree preferred (ECE, EE, CoE, ME, IE) Experience on Managing Profit and Loss responsibilities for Manufacturing In depth understanding on manufacturing procurement/Supply Chain Management Extensive proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodology approach Understanding of IATF16949, ISO 9001,ISO 14001 standard Understanding on Advanced Product Quality Planning Experience in managing Cost Reduction Program (CRP) Can interact effectively and collaborate with international audience with intercultural differences.
