Join our team, to work, lead and win #LikeABosch Job Description Main Objective: Responsible for ensuring the operational availability of equipment, as well as optimal performance; coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and maintenance derived from predictive analysis. Furthermore, to ensure and implement the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system in assigned What challenges will you have? Provide the necessary resources for the maintenance of machinery and equipment, defining parts lists and managing assigned personnel to guarantee operational availability. Ensure the execution of preventive, corrective, and containment plans and actions through analytical thinking focused on improving key performance indicators. Manage, lead, motivate, and recognize the Human Resources under their charge, guaranteeing their training and development in compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and Collective Bargaining Agreement. Ensure the correct use of the maintenance budget, generating cost reductions through continuous improvement. Qualifications Who are we looking for?
