The Role

As a key part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to breakdowns (electrical and mechanical) quickly and effectively.
  • Carrying out servicing and general upkeep on a range of manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with site standards, processes, and quality systems.
  • Fault finding on PLC systems (programming knowledge is an advantage).
  • Conducting installation work, including modifying existing equipment and installing new machinery.

What We’re Looking For

We want to hear from you if you are a time-served Maintenance Engineer with:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline.
  • Electrical certifications and strong fault-finding skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and think creatively to solve problems.
  • Knowledge of maintaining and fault-finding on PLC systems.
