• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upgrades, and machinery repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Manage service records, spare parts inventory, and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and overhauls.
• Provide basic maintenance training to operational staff.

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in facilities management such as Electrical systems, HVAC, Fire safety systems and Wastewater systems.
• Hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance.
