We are currently seeking a multi-skilled maintenance technician to join our friendly and supportive facilities team. This role will involve working between our portfolio of modern residential and student properties in the Liverpool City Centre.

WE OFFER AN HOURLY RATE OF £13.50-£16.00 DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE, ALONG WITH VERY GENEROUS ON-TARGET EARNINGS. YOU WILL ENJOY FINANCIAL REWARDS THAT REFLECT YOUR COMMITMENT.

Our ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in the following areas:

• Plumbing - Level 2 or higher preferred
• Basic Joinery- joinery such as kitchen units & worktops, flat pack furniture and flooring
• Painting & decorating
• Construction experience (preferred)

In addition to this, we are seeking candidates with:

• A strong work ethic
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Conscientious record keeper
• The ability to work safely
