QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a power plant or petrochemical industry is required. Candidates with additional relevant experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

PLAY A ROLE IN POWERING ASIA’S ENERGY TRANSITION

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the Planning and execution of the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault investigation, isolation and rectification of electrical equipment assigned by the Electrical Lead.
  • Ensure all maintenance works performed in line with the requirements of workplace health and safety legislation.
  • Develop and establish maintenance procedures, MSRA for all maintenance activities to ensure safe execution.
  • Ensure that plant equipment & machinery are in good working condition with preventive maintenance program.
  • Provide technical support for operational issues and root cause analysis with standard problem solving of plant problems.
  • Study and review existing Electrical systems and upgrade equipment/systems where possible to improve reliability and efficiency of the plants.
  • Works together as a team with people from maintenance inter disciplines, Operations, HSSE team and engineering teams to improve equipment/machinery availability to support operation with safety, quality, compliance.
  • To communicate regularly to your Manager and Supervisor of work progress updates, including feedback on possible delays or conflict of priorities.
  • Perform 24x7 standby duties and attend to technical faults and corrective activities.
  • Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)
  • Any other tasks, when required by the Lead and Maintenance Manager.
